Official Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to the application fee paid by candidates through the official Center for Welfare, Education & Development (CWED) Recruitment Portal. The purpose of this policy is to clearly explain the conditions under which the application fee may be refunded.
The application fee of ₹250 / ₹150 will be refunded to an eligible candidate after the candidate appears for the scheduled Personal Interview conducted by CWED and the candidate's interview attendance is verified by CWED.
A candidate may be eligible for a refund when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
The refund is linked to the candidate's verified attendance at the scheduled Personal Interview.
Payment of ₹250 /₹ 150 does not guarantee an interview or selection. The refund described in this policy applies to a candidate who is called/scheduled for a Personal Interview and actually appears for that interview, subject to attendance verification.
The application fee may not be eligible for refund in situations including:
If the same candidate makes more than one successful payment for the same application due to a duplicate transaction or verified technical issue, the candidate may contact CWED for payment verification.
The candidate should not make another payment if an earlier payment has already been successfully deducted. Payment details should first be verified.
For refund verification, the candidate may be required to provide:
Eligible refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 15 working days after successful verification of the candidate's Personal Interview attendance.
The actual time taken for the refund to appear in the candidate's bank account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or other payment service provider.
Payment of the application fee, submission of an application or attendance at a Personal Interview does not guarantee selection or employment.
Final selection may depend on eligibility, document verification, interview performance, skill assessment, organizational requirements and the applicable recruitment process.
CWED may communicate recruitment-related information through the email address, mobile number or other contact details provided by the candidate. Candidates are responsible for providing accurate and accessible contact information.
