Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to candidates using the official Center for Welfare, Education & Development (CWED) Recruitment 2026 Online Application Portal.

By accessing the recruitment portal, submitting an online application or making the applicable application fee payment, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Important Notice

Submission of an application or payment of the application fee does not guarantee shortlisting, Personal Interview, selection or employment.


1. Eligibility

Candidates must carefully check the eligibility requirements specified for the post applied for before submitting the online application.


2. Online Application

The application must be submitted through the official CWED Recruitment Portal.


3. Accuracy of Information

Candidates must provide true, accurate and complete information in the application form.


4. Application Fee
Refund Policy

Any refund, where applicable, shall be governed separately by the official CWED Recruitment 2026 Refund Policy. Candidates are advised to read the Refund Policy before making payment.


5. Payment

Application fee payments must be made through the payment facility provided on the official recruitment portal.


6. Application Number and Receipt

After successful completion of the applicable application process, the system may generate an Application Number and payment receipt.


7. Document Verification

Candidates may be required to provide documents supporting the information submitted in the application.


8. Personal Interview

Candidates who are shortlisted or otherwise called by CWED may be required to appear for a Personal Interview.

Selection will be carried out according to the recruitment process and requirements applicable to the advertised position.

Factors may include eligibility, document verification, interview performance, skill assessment, experience, organizational requirements and availability of positions.

No Employment Guarantee

Payment of an application fee, submission of an application, document verification or attendance at an interview does not guarantee employment.

CWED may reject or cancel an application or candidature where appropriate, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Candidates should avoid submitting multiple applications for the same post unless specifically permitted by the recruitment notification.

Duplicate, suspicious or manipulated applications may be reviewed and may be cancelled where appropriate.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate and accessible throughout the recruitment process.

CWED makes reasonable efforts to maintain the online application portal. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of technical problems, server issues, internet connectivity, payment gateway delays, maintenance or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Candidates are advised to complete their applications sufficiently before any applicable closing date.


15. Misuse of Portal

Candidates must not attempt to interfere with, manipulate, damage or gain unauthorized access to the recruitment portal or its systems.

Any fraudulent, unauthorized or abusive activity may result in cancellation of the application and appropriate action.

CWED reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify administrative procedures, interview schedules, verification procedures or other aspects of the recruitment process.

Candidates should regularly check official CWED communication for updates.

Information submitted through the application portal may be used for application processing, recruitment administration, verification, communication, record keeping and other purposes directly related to the recruitment process.

Candidates should provide only accurate and relevant information required by the application form.

CWED shall not be responsible for information, promises or representations made by unauthorized persons or unofficial sources.
